Massive renovations and a new astronomical observatory at the high school and a slew of new teachers will be the most visible changes in the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School system in the coming year. But if there is a theme for the year, it is technology.
This is the year the district expects to meet its goal of having one computer for every five students, which could seem ho-hum to those who remember the bad old days when schools were spending huge sums to buy computers, many of which soon wound up languishing in store rooms.Read the Full Story
