Massive renovations and a new astronomical observatory at the high school and a slew of new teachers will be the most visible changes in the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School system in the coming year. But if there is a theme for the year, it is technology.




This is the year the district expects to meet its goal of having one computer for every five students, which could seem ho-hum to those who remember the bad old days when schools were spending huge sums to buy computers, many of which soon wound up languishing in store rooms.
