Distance-Educator.com has assembled a group of motivated, energetic and seasoned professionals. The management team is focused on the accomplishments of the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.

Dr.Fred Saba has more than 30 years of experience in implementing and managing large scale distance education systems. His research in the field has won several international awards, and he has been referred to as the “leading theorist writing today” in scholarly publications. He has taught in all distance education formats for more than three decades. He established the widely known and recognized Distance-Educator.com website in1995.

Ms. Vanessa Haakenson has an MA in Educational Technology and brings more than a decade of experience in web development and publishing, and providing technology solutions. She has presented in leading industry conferences and authored several articles on effective information design using open source software, interface design, and implementing technology solutions for teaching and learning.

Mr. Rick Shearer, MBA, MA has 20 years of experience in instructional research for several universities, including the Pennsylvania State University. His research in collaboration with Dr. Saba has developed a unique intellectual property for Distance-Educator.com, Inc. that is bound to dramatically change the way individuals learn and improve their performance both in the business world, as well as in various levels of public education.
